Refund Return and Cancellation :

Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, such as the company’s printed brochures or magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept opened or used products related to the course’s materials.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Video-recorded courses related to different e-learning courses offered by our company.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Downloadable PDF, CDR, or other file formats of programs and courses.
  • Any examination fee, like courses and competitions related to our different programs and courses, and the competition fee, once deposited, will not be refunded in any way. A refund is not applicable to competition fees.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days, if applicable.

If you are purchasing a new online course that is based on pre-recorded videos or downloadable software, that is not in the category of cancellation. A refund cannot be issued after purchasing that program or course. If you change your mind, no cancellation requests will be entertained.

Shipping and Delivery:

We normally despatch all our orders within 24 hours of receiving the order. We deliver the products throughout the world online through our Website https://angila.in/. Depending on the geographic location of the customer it may take about more than 24 hours to deliver the product to the customer. The shipping time mentioned anywhere on the website are approximate and we cannot guarantee them. Customers are recommended to place an order early on if they have a deadline to meet.

Domestic Orders

The following conditions are applicable for shipping within India.

No Free shipping unless otherwise stated during an offering on the website.

Shipping charges as applicable shall either be there on the site or intimated to the customer if required at the time of placement of order.

Delivery Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (IST) during Business Days i.e., Monday to Friday only.

We appreciate our customers buying during Holidays, and we make all efforts to ship the goods during Holidays, but we do not guarantee shipping or deliveries during public holidays.

Express shipping charges would be additional and free shipping would not be applicable for Express shipping requests.

Request our customers to plan their shopping & delivery in advance to avoid delays.

Mandatory Requirements for shipping

Customers are responsible for providing Shipping details which should include Proper Name, address with City / State/ Country, Postal code, Land Marks if any and also Telephone numbers with an alternate numbers to ensure proper delivery.

SSIL will make all efforts to deliver your purchased items in minimum time possible, but we will not be responsible for any Loss/damage due to natural calamities, accidents, mistake by shipping service provider.

SSIL shall and cannot be liable for any damages/loss due to lack of proper shipping information.

At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company would get in touch with you to arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their office location. In case if you have provided the office address, due to security reasons products might get delivered at the security desk itself, so please make sure you (are aware of this) & check with the security desk.

We do not take responsibility for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
